XingGuang Precision Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (Huayi plastic products as a subsidiary workshop belone to XingGuang) was located in Jindong industrial park , Jinhua city,Zhejiang Province,China ,the factory was established in 1995. As a manufactory we are able to designing and manufacturing all kinds of Solenoid Valves ,Spirit Level & Rulers , Plastic Tools , Water Faucets total 5 Series Products. Assets & Scale Our factory occupies 25,000 suqare meter , building area more than 18,000 square meter. Total investment more than 10,000,000 RMB (about $1,580,000) . Till now, we have more than 100 workers , 3senior engineers and Technicists , 1 R&D Department (research and development),1 Quality Control Department and 2 Marketing Department. Production Equipment Our factory have a complete set experiment equipments and produce equipments ,we have 28 plastic injection machines and 3 professional thermosetting plastic machines, 2 electronics inspection machine, 2 hydraulic pressure tester ,tightness test equipments. The annual production capacity of all kinds of solenoid valves around 1.5-2million units. Production Cost Control Almost Every manufacturing process --- The lathing, Milling, planing, polishing,welding, assemble was finished in our own workshop . That's why we can provide you high quality product with low cost. Credentials The safety attestation was passed from China Household Electric Appliance examination in 1995.The CQC (Companywide Quality Control) authentication was passed. Company passed ISO9002 certification as well, and some of our products have got CE authentication , Main Customers Our products have been sold to USA, Germany, UK, Finland ,Norway ,Russia, Italy,Brazil, Portugal, India ,Korea etc. Many of famed company are our valued customer and business partner.
